Field sales software for Illinois craft brands
Illinois is where Proof Rounds was built: SINTAX Spirits, a Chicago vodka brand, runs its own street sales on it.
Where the Illinois data comes from
Licensed-venue data for Illinois comes from the Illinois Liquor Control Commission (ILCC) and the City of Chicago.
- The ILCC publishes a daily export of every active state liquor license. It carries the license class, the legal entity, the trading name, county, on- or off-premises, effective and expiration dates, the sales tax number and the owners with their roles and ownership percentages.
- Chicago adds its own local business licenses on top, with coordinates and history. The two are combined, so a Chicago bar shows both its state license and its city license.
- State records refresh nightly and the Chicago book weekly. Reps in the street also confirm permanently closed venues, which then drop off the route.
What your reps get
Ownership comes from the state's own filings, so you can see whether a venue is a family-run single site or one store in a chain, and every other location under the same owner.
- A day sheet that builds the run in one tap, with each stop's buying window.
- GPS-verified check-ins that take under 30 seconds and work with no signal.
- Orders placed on the account, priced with your discounts, delivered into your producer's book.
