Most field-sales software hands you an empty database. Proof Rounds loads the state's own liquor license records for your territory, so your accounts are matched to real licensed venues from the first day.
What each venue carries
- The licensee behind the license number, and the trading name where the state publishes one.
- License class, status and expiry date. An expiry becomes a reminder before you ship into a lapsed account.
- The address the state has on file, and coordinates where the state or city provides them.
- Ownership, where the state publishes it, so you can see every other location under the same owner.
Why it matters for your accounts
An account is attached to a license, not to a name someone typed. "Rossi's", "Rossi's Liquors" and "Rossi Liquor & Deli" cannot become three accounts, so the same bar is not pitched three times. Permanently closed venues drop off the route instead of costing a rep a stop.
Prospecting from the sidewalk
Tap "I'm at the venue" and every licensed door near the rep comes up with its class and the address on the state's records, whether it is in your book or not. Prospecting and selling are the same screen.
